Energy savings
Smart, sensor-driven lighting that reduces consumption by 60% or more versus traditional lighting, through occupancy-based dimming that responds automatically to real-world usage.
Kinetic Space consolidates the products of iDim Solution (HK), DMS Lighting (HK) and Overseas Design Technology, and distributes them worldwide from Singapore — smart, sensor-driven lighting that cuts consumption by 60% or more against traditional fittings.
More than a lamp-for-lamp swap — here is what the system actually does.
Smart, sensor-driven lighting that reduces consumption by 60% or more versus traditional lighting, through occupancy-based dimming that responds automatically to real-world usage.
Fully automated systems with AI and sensor-based controls, paired with mobile apps and online dashboards for real-time usage analytics — replacing manual switches and walk-around checks.
Fixtures rated for 50,000+ hours of use, with a typical payback period of 24 to 36 months, designed as direct retrofits for existing T5 and T8 installations.
A lower carbon footprint and less energy waste, as a responsible manufacturer committed to sustainable operations.
Customisable functions and settings, with remote control available from anywhere in the world.
A carpark on a sensor does not switch off between cars. It holds a low ambient level everywhere, and lifts the zone around movement to full output.
Every bay keeps a low safety glow, so there is always light to walk and drive by.
Adjacent fixtures lift together, so full brightness arrives before you do.
The hours nobody is there are the hours the bill stops growing.
Nothing here needs the floor handed over. Each stage is scheduled against how the space is actually used.
We count fixtures, note housings, wiring and operating hours, and identify the zones where control pays back fastest.
IES files are run against your floor plate to confirm lux levels and uniformity before anything is ordered.
Fixtures are swapped zone by zone, scheduled around occupancy so the space stays in use.
Zones, sensor thresholds and schedules are set on site, then handed over with drawings and certification.

Sensor-ready luminaires for carparks, corridors, back-of-house and workspace. Every datasheet below can be read in the browser or downloaded.
Portable and task lighting for inspection, maintenance and site work.
Architectural and entertainment ranges supplied through DMS Lighting — circular and linear façade fittings, entertainment fixtures and DMX drivers.

Yes — that is the case the range is designed for. The retrofit fixtures are sized to the housings already installed and the control network is wireless, so there is no new control wiring to pull. Work is normally staged zone by zone around occupancy.
Two ways stack. First the LED draws less than the fluorescent or discharge fitting it replaces. Then sensing and scheduling stop that fixture running at full output when nobody is in the zone — which in a carpark or a stairwell is most of the day.
No. Zones are set to hold a low ambient level and lift to full output on detection, so there is always light to walk and drive by. The dimmed level and the response are both set during commissioning.
Yes. IES photometric files, product datasheets and safety certification are published on the Products page — download them and model the layout before you commit.
Both. We can supply to a contractor working to your specification, or handle survey, photometric layout, installation and commissioning as one package.
Send us the floor plate, the fixture count or just the address. We will come back with what a retrofit would involve.
